Kate Austen no longer runs. Evangeline Lilly revealed on January 1st, 2026 that she suffers from brain damage. In May 2025, the actress collapsed on a Hawaiian beach and her head struck a rock. Diagnosis: severe head trauma. Scans show diminished function in nearly all areas of her brain.
