Two for the Road

Michael returns from the jungle. He says he found the Others' camp. Few in number. Poorly armed. They can attack, he says. The camp believes him.

Ana Lucia is alone with Henry Gale in the armory. She hesitates to kill him. She can't. Michael takes the gun. "I'm sorry." He shoots Ana Lucia. Two bullets. Libby enters at the wrong moment. He shoots her too. Then he shoots himself in the arm. Fake an attack.

Michael frees Henry Gale. His deal with the Others: bring Jack, Kate, Sawyer and Hurley, and you get Walt back. Michael has betrayed everyone. Ana Lucia is dead. Libby is dying. The most brutal shock of the series.
