Adrift
The raft burns. Michael, Sawyer and Jin drift in open ocean. Sawyer has a bullet in his shoulder. Michael screams Walt's name. The ocean doesn't answer back.
Orientation
Locke finds a film. A 16mm reel hidden in the bunker. He plays it. A man appears on screen: Dr. Marvin Candle. Welcome to Station 3 — the Swan. DHARMA Initiative.
Everybody Hates Hugo
The hatch contains a food stockpile. Canned goods, chocolate bars, cereal. Jack puts Hurley in charge of managing it. Bad idea. Hurley panics.

Sun lost her wedding ring. She scours the beach, sifts through sand, searches every corner. It's not just a ring. It's her connection to Jin. The last one.
Abandoned
Shannon sees Walt. In the jungle. Soaked. He whispers something. Nobody believes her. Sayid does. He follows her into the night.

Dave

Bernard is fed up with waiting. Nobody does anything to get rescued. He decides to build a giant SOS on the beach. With rocks. Dozens of meters long. Visible from a plane.

Michael returns from the jungle. He says he found the Others' camp. Few in number. Poorly armed. They can attack, he says. The camp believes him.
