LA X, Part 1
On efface tout...
White flash. The bomb exploded. Or didn't. No one knows. Two realities open. The first: the island. Jack wakes up in the jungle. In the present. The hatch is a crater. Juliet is at the bottom. Alive. Sawyer pulls her out. She whispers something. Then she dies in his arms.
The second reality: Oceanic Flight 815. It lands. Normally. In Los Angeles. Jack is seated. Rose next to him. Locke in a wheelchair. Hurley considers himself the luckiest guy in the world. Everything is different. Everything is the same. Desmond is on the plane. Next to Jack. "We know each other, don't we?" Jack doesn't know.
Don’t forget — the world needs saving

On the island, the group finds a temple. Others. A Japanese leader, Dogen. A spring of water. They plunge Sayid into it. Dead. They hold him under the water. Too long. He's dead. Confirmed.
Then Sayid opens his eyes. He breathes. He's alive. The Others look at each other. Terrified. Not relieved. Something is wrong. The spring water was murky. Not clear. Not pure.
Outside, the Man in Black — in Locke's form — walks. Ben is with him. They emerge from the statue. The Man in Black says to Richard: "It's good to see you again. Without the chains." Richard understands. This man is not Locke. It's the smoke monster. The one trapped on the island for centuries.
Two worlds. A broken island. A dead man breathing. A monster walking. The final season begins.
