Dave

Hurley sees Dave. His old friend from the psychiatric hospital. On the island. Flesh and blood. Impossible. Dave is imaginary. Dr. Brooks had proved it to him.

Dave pushes Hurley toward doubt. "None of this is real. The crash, the island, the Others. You're still in the hospital. This is all in your head." He leads him to the edge of a cliff. Jump, he says. You'll wake up.

Libby catches up to him. She kisses him. Is this real? Hurley chooses to believe it. But the doubt never completely goes away. And in a final twist, we discover that Libby was also a patient in the same psychiatric hospital. What is real?
