Oceanic Flight 815 breaks apart in mid-air. The plane crashes on an unknown island. On the beach, chaos reigns. Debris everywhere. Screaming. The wounded.
Pilot, Part 2
They need to call for help. Kate, Charlie and Sayid climb toward the heights with a transmitter recovered from the cockpit. Objective: send a distress signal.
Tabula Rasa
The marshal is dying. Jack does everything to save him. Searching through his belongings, he understands: Kate was his prisoner. A fugitive.
Walkabout
Food is running low. Locke offers to hunt boar. He knows knives. He knows tracking. The group watches him leave, skeptical.
White Rabbit
Jack sees his father. Standing in the jungle. In a suit. Impossible. Christian Shephard is dead. Jack knows this. He brought the coffin back from Australia himself.
House of the Rising Sun
Sun and Jin. A closed couple. He controls everything. She keeps her eyes down. No one understands their language. No one knows what's happening between them.
The Moth
Charlie is withdrawing. Heroin eats at him. Locke knows. He offers a deal: give me your drugs. On the third request, I'll give them back. Promise.
Confidence Man
Shannon has an asthma attack. Her inhalers are missing. Everyone suspects Sawyer. He's got the whole stash hidden in his tent. Sawyer doesn't deny it. He provokes.
Solitary
Sayid leaves the camp. Alone. He follows a cable on the beach. It leads into the jungle. At the end: a trap. Sayid wakes up tied up. Facing an armed woman.
Raised by Another
Claire wakes up screaming. Someone tried to hurt her while she slept. Blood on her hands. The camp worries. Hurley starts a census.
All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues
Ethan took Claire and Charlie. Gone into the jungle. Jack doesn't wait. He charges in. Kate follows him. Locke and Boone too.
Whatever the Case May Be
Kate and Sawyer find a Halliburton case at the bottom of a pool. Armored. Locked. Kate wants it. Sawyer does too. It turns into a standoff.
Hearts and Minds
Boone is obsessed with Shannon. A toxic bond. Locke sees it. He takes him into the jungle and gives him a hallucinogenic paste. Vision: Shannon dies before his eyes.

Michael tries to be a father. Walt pushes him away. He doesn't know him. He prefers Locke. It eats at Michael.
Homecoming
Claire reappears. Lost. No memory of the last few weeks. She doesn't recognize anyone. Not even Charlie.
Outlaws
A boar targets Sawyer. His tent, his belongings, him directly. Like the animal has marked him. Sawyer goes hunting. Alone. Kate follows.
...In Translation
Michael's raft catches fire. Everyone blames Jin. He doesn't speak English. He can't defend himself. Sun intervenes. In English. Shock. Jin didn't know she could speak it.

4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42. Hurley played them in the lottery. He won 114 million dollars. Since then, everything falls apart around him. Accidents, deaths, bad luck. The numbers are cursed.
Deus Ex Machina
Locke has a dream. A plane crashes. A sign. He takes Boone into the jungle. They find a Beechcraft, a small plane, crashed on top of a cliff. Inside: drugs. And a radio.
Do No Harm
Boone is dying. Internal bleeding. Jack does everything. Transfusion with Sun's blood. Makeshift surgery. He refuses to give up. But Boone tells him to stop. Let me go.
The Greater Good
Shannon wants Locke's blood. Her brother is dead. Because of him. She takes a gun. Sayid talks her down. Barely.
Born to Run
The raft is almost ready. Michael, Jin, Sawyer and Walt are going to try to reach the world. Kate wants a spot on board. She's ready for anything.
Exodus, Part 1
Rousseau arrives at camp. Panicked. The Others are coming. They want the child. A column of black smoke rises in the distance. The signal.

At sea, the raft picks up a radar signal. A boat approaches. Finally. Rescue. Michael fires a flare. The boat arrives.

The dynamite is in place. Jack hesitates. Opening this hatch means diving into the unknown. Locke doesn't hesitate. He believes. This hatch is their destiny.
